I can come to your home for on-site repair or you can deliver your system to me for repair. The choice is yours!   See Rates below for details.

Upgrades
Is your system sluggish? You may not need to buy a complete new system; you may just need an overhaul. I can install more memory, a larger hard drive, new motherboard, and more.

Network Service
If you have more than one computer at home you may benefit from having them networked. You can share files, Internet access and more. I can install wired or wireless systems

Virus Detection Adware/Spyware Removal
Sluggish performance can be caused by viruses or Adware/Spyware. I can scan your system and then recommend and provide a solution. You may just need a simple cleaning or it could mean a complete system rebuild.

System Security
Are you keeping your system safe and secure with the latest patches and updates? Do you have a firewall? This is like the lock on your house for your computer. You can keep unwanted intruders out while letting friends in. Is your antivirus software up to date? I can check these items for you and get the proper software installed.

Data Security
When was the last time that you made copies of your files? What would happen if you suddenly lost everything on your computer.. .forever? I can install a backup solution for you, either internal or external. You can use a DVD burner or extra hard disk drive; perhaps both? If you have lost everything (without a backup solution) I can also try to recover your files for you.

Maintenance
When was the last time that you dismantled your system and cleaned out the dirt and dust? Dust build up can block the air vents and cooling fans in your system causing it to overheat and breakdown, perhaps burn-out entirely. I can clean your system for you and get it like new. Your hard drives, too, need attention. Have you scanned the drives for errors? Have you defragmented? Call me today to get these needs addressed.

Custom Built Systems
I can also custom design and build a computer that is exactly what you want. I have built everything from home systems to a complete business network.

Training
Do you have software that you don’t know how to use? I can train you on most software Products from Microsoft Word to Adobe Photoshop. Call me with your needs and I will see what I can do.

Rates
All desktop PC work is completed at the rate of $40 per hour with a one hour minimum charge. On-site service adds a $10 trip charge. If your system needs to be taken into my shop there is no charge to return it to you. If parts or other products are needed we will discuss together what best suits your needs and you will only buy what is necessary. Laptops and servers present unique challenges and labor prices for these systems are determined up front on an individual basis.

Hours
